Aisha Williams, Toddler Lead Teacher (1-2 year-olds)

Mrs. Aisha possesses an Associates Degree in Care and Development of Young Children. As an Early Childhood Educator, her goal is to provide a safe, happy and nurturing environment that will stimulate the intellectual, social and emotional growth of each child. She believes that while teaching young children it is imperative to maintain good communication with the family as well. Research supports the importance of family involvement as a motivator to young learners.

When she’s not caring for  young children, she enjoys singing, dancing, reading and spending time with her family. She is a wife to a loving husband of 12 years and mother to three gifted teenagers.

Najua Williams, Toddler Co-Teacher

Najua was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She currently is studying psychology at Delgado Community College. She has fun working with children and loves watching them grow. Najua believes that children thrive under safe and loving environments.

Chanel Winins, Toddler Lead Teacher (2-3 year olds)

Mrs. Chanel has been teaching in childcare for almost 10 years. She possesses an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently working on a Associate’s degree in Business. She has such a passion and love for working with children and watching them grow and learn while caring for them. She loves to create bonds with the students and the parents and dedicated to creating the perfect learning and exploring environment for the children in her class by helping them reach their milestones. She loves reading to children and doing great art work together. She is very creative and loves to find things that will caption the students attention and help create the love for learning.

Favorite quote: “A person’s A Person No Matter How Small” by Dr. Seuss because she treats each child as a person with feelings and opinions. She believes in giving children the right to choose but guide them in a positive direction.
